Pannova Industrial Park

A premier priority development area

The Pannova Industrial Park is located in Kővágószőlős, near Pécs, spanning 56 hectares of flat land with complete utility services. The park has its own industrial railway, which provides additional logistical advantages for investors.

The industrial park also includes a 940 m² modern office building, which is at the disposal of our lessees. Current building regulations in the area are flexible, with an allowed built-up area ratio of 30% and 50% for different zones.

The total area on which has not been built is nearly 220 000 m², making it ideal for large-scale industrial and logistics developments.

Another advantage of the area is its low building density, providing ample opportunity for investors to construct new buildings or upgrade existing ones.

The Local Building Regulation (HÉSZ) is currently being amended, creating even more favourable conditions for future developments. The amendment is expected to enter into force by early 2025.

The industrial park is within easy reach of the M60 motorway and is connected to the railway infrastructure, providing easy access to markets in Central and Western Europe.

Additionally, there are 22 hectares of land within the park available for the construction of new production units. The technical and construction requirements of the sites will be determined by the financial agreement with the investor.
