The success of corporate events, team-building activities, and conferences depends largely on the choice of venue. When a company’s Human Resources (HR) department is typically tasked with finding a suitable venue for a company team-building or family day, few people think of campsites. We carried out a non-representative survey, specifically targeting HR workers, to find out which are the most important criteria (in order of importance based on the responses):

More than one answer was possible, and each of the criteria listed above received at least 50% of the votes from the HR professionals.
The research also showed that such corporate events are most often held in the summer, but autumn and spring dates are also popular.
How are campsites perceived in terms of corporate events?
We also asked about this in the survey. For many respondents,
campsites evoked memories of their childhood, family atmosphere, freedom, informality, and closeness to nature and water.
At the same time, HR workers also raised the dilemma of sharing a double bed, the lack of air conditioning, a shared bathroom, or even the lack of internet and reception.
Let’s face it: these are really important issues for traditional campsites. But let’s underline that: only for traditional campsites.
A modern campsite that can accommodate up to several hundred guests indoors can be the ideal choice for these occasions. They offer a closeness to nature and fresh air and a range of services and features that a traditional corporate venue cannot provide.

It may be difficult to compare a hotel with a modern campsite, but there are many similarities and almost as many differences. But if you’re looking for a lasting bonding experience, modern campsites can offer much more. Replacing the somewhat fussy, formal dress code events and venues with open spaces, there are so many opportunities for activities and so much informal time together in such diverse groups, contributing significantly to developing any corporate culture.

Heated houses: Most of our apartments and mobile homes are heated, so no one will be cold in the low season.
Meals: Half-board is available, but we can also help you if you would like to cook in a cauldron. Finally, colleagues are not eating breakfast together in the company kitchenette!
